Meet Kristen O’Grady — Head of KCR USA and one of the leading driving forces behind the growth of Kinetic Chain Release™ (KCR) across the United States. A highly respected Licensed Massage Therapist in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Kristen combines years of hands-on clinical experience with a genuine passion for helping people restore balance, reduce pain, and reconnect with healthier movement and wellbeing.
Having witnessed first-hand the profound impact KCR can have on clients struggling with chronic pain, postural imbalance, and physical restriction, Kristen became deeply committed not only to practising the work, but to helping expand its reach throughout the USA. Drawing upon her previous career as a teacher, she brings warmth, clarity, encouragement, and professionalism into every training environment — making complex concepts feel accessible, practical, and empowering for students of all backgrounds.
Today, Kristen plays a central role in leading and developing KCR across America, supporting practitioners, mentoring students and teachers, and helping establish the growing network of KCR Academy training opportunities throughout the country. Her passion for education, wellness, and transformational bodywork continues to inspire practitioners who are seeking effective, gentle, and results-driven approaches to helping others.
